I have two major roles… Operations Manager for Pinnacle of Indiana and Online Church Director for Granger Community Church.  In both I get a unique opportunity to lead teams, try new ideas, make a bunch of mistakes, and learn along the way.  I believe far too many people are simply growing old with little or no purpose in their lives.  We were made for more.  This blog is first a helpful tool for me to document my learnings in my journey.  Second, if it’s helpful for you or your organization… that gets me jazzed.

Several years ago I took a Strength Finders test and one of my top 5 was “Maximizer”- I love helping others and organizations improve.  Thus, Maximeyer…  I know, you wondered where it came from… or… maybe not.
